Contribute for multiple users
If I have a content expert in Wis. and a content expert in Calif., do the two
need anything else other than the Contribute software on their computers? I'm
redesigning the site and have decided on Contribute vs. a costly CMS.
Thanks.

Re: Contribute for multiple users
If you are the administrator of the website en built it in Dreamweaver, that's
a nice way to go. You get three licences, two for the content experts and one
for you. The one for yourself you set up as administrator, the other two you
can set up as publisher or writer and you can send them Connection Keys with
the proper settings you chose as an administrator.
Did you use Editable regions in your templates? In dreamweaver you can use
these to part the content from the design, so your publishers don't mess up the
design.

Re: Contribute for multiple users
Thanks for the reply. We haven't actually started design yet but do plan to implement editable regions so design doesn't get messed up.
