Contribute freezes when publishing

I'm having a situation where Contribute freezes when trying to publish an
edited page. After hitting the publish button, it begins as if it was working
correctly, but it never actually publishes the page. I have waited as long as
one hour with no success. Any ideas?

Thank you for the links. I had already rea and tried them with no success. Any other ideas?

Good for you! Pity that didn't work...

Have you reinstalled the program?
Have you tried reconnecting with different FTP settings (using passive FTP
f.i. when you have a router to connect to the internet)?
Have you tried publishing with no firewall or ant-vir active at all?
Have you checked (using CS3 or 4) if your minimal system requirements are OK?

No, luck yet?
Wich version of Contribute do you have?
Did you recently upgrade?
