contribute from browser?
I'm looking at a trial version of Contribute. It appears that all
"contributers" would have to be working with their own version of Contribute.
It appears that this software would not allow, for instance, a writer to edit
text from a browser. Do I have this correct? Or can a "browser editable" page
be produced? Apologies for newbieness and ignorance.

It appears that all
That's correct if they're all using their own computers. Contribute is> "contributers" would have to be working with their own version of

licensed on a "per seat" basis.
e.g.
If you have 5 contributors sharing 1 computer then you only need one copy of
Contribute for that machine.
If you have 5 contributors each on separate computers then you need 5 copies
of Contribute (1 for each machine).
Yes. Using Contribute to edit a web page is similar to using Miscrosoft Word> It appears that this software would not allow, for instance, a writer to

to edit a .doc file.
Via Contribute's built-in browser, you "browse" to the page you want to
edit, then edit the page within the Contribute environment, then Publish the
edited page back to the server.
Or can a "browser editable" pageNot with Contribute.> be produced?
