What suggestions would you all have for the following situation:

We use Dreamweaver to author pages from the ground up; css, tables, design,
the whole shebang. We incorporate Contribute near the end stage of a site build
to allow clients to manage content, duh. Since all the web pages now have
contribute tags incorporated, our devs using Dreamweaver to edit local files no
longer have unrestricted page editing abilities because everything outside of
the "<!-- InstanceBegin codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" -->" and "<!--
InstanceBeginEditable name="TextBody" -->" tags is off-limits to them.

Is there a peaceful way to have Contribute tags do their job for the client
editing a site online, but on our local copy of their pages, have DW disregard
the tags? Where we can open all the files in a site with DW and still edit
outside the Contribute restricted regions?

Right now, our developers must use notepad or some other non-Macromedia
product to edit Contribute-locked individual web pages in our local
environment.

It really sucks to have to do that.
