    Default Contribute missing Paypal translator

I have a client that is trying to connect to their website using the Connection
key that I sent them. They can see their website in Contribute but when they
try to edit the pages they get this error:

CONTRIBUTE The following translators were not loaded due to errors: PayPal
Trans.htm: Has configuration information that is invalid.

Do you have any idea of how to fix the configuration??

    Thanks!
    Cheryl

Default Re: Contribute missing Paypal translator

Try this it worked for me when one of our users had this problem, I use Vista
    with Contribute CS3.

Ensure Contribute is closed before following these steps:
1 - Open windows explorer or My Computer
2 - Check hidden files and folders are visible (Tools > View tab > Show hidden
    files and folders)
    3 - navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<user
    name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Contribute CS3\
    (where <user name> = user's folder)
4 - rename the Configuration file to something like ConfigurationBak
5 - open contribute and check if the error has disappeared.

Contribute will rebuild the configuration file if you rename it before opening
contribute and this usually fixes any corupt data in there.
