    Default Contribute references?

    Hi all,

I'm trying to find a list of organisations using Contribute and/or Web
Publishing System to manage their websites - every other CMS vendor has a
client list as long as your arm, but Macromedia don't seem to provide that
    information.

I'd be very greatful if anyone could point me in the right direction (UK-based
companies using it would be even better).

    Cheers.

It's macromedia business what they decide to do with their list of registered user/companies. WHY exactly do you want this information?

I would imagine he wants it so he can look at other sites to assess the
capabilities and output of Contribute. Wouldn't that be logical?

I doubt very much if Matthew has a devious plan to snatch customers away from
    Macromedia!

That information would probably come from developers, not Macromedia. I
have several sites using it, but none are completely reliant on it.

I want to recommend the purchase of Contribute/Web Publishing System to my
boss, but the first thing he is going to ask is "who else is using it?" - I'd
like to be able to point to some recognisable names to show that other
companies are using it for commercial sites.

Also, show him this. My old job used Contribute (along with other scripting)
to control over 6,000 pages of content! Using Contribute instead of a big bulky
Content Management System saved us (literally) hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Does anyone have any examples of UK organisations/companies using Contribute? All those listed in Macromedia's case studies are US based.
