Contribute run Time error

When i launch Contribute 3.11, i get a run time error box saying "the
application has requested the runtime terminate it in an unusual way"

There was a power failure the last time i was using it, no doubt this has a
bearing on the error - i have removed Contribute and reinstalled but still the
same message.

Anyone any ideas??

I too get this message, but only when I open any document sent to me for review
by one specific Contribute user. We have 20 users total, but this happens only
on docs sent by this specific user. It happens on every doc, whether or not it
has any content.

Have you received a reply or figured out your issue? I'm interested.
