Contribute shows old image in template
Hi,
I have Contribute CS3 showing an old image in a template. I created a new
image and named the same as the old image and replace the old one in the
server. Now Contribute is still showing the old image. I tried hitting the
Refresh Templates button in the New Page... window, but it didn't work.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks

Re: Contribute shows old image in template
Have you checked on the server if the file is really replaced. If you dont have
rights to delete files Contribute does not overwrite the file, but names it
something like 'yourimage_001.jpg' if your image was called 'yourimage.jpg'.
To adjust settings to delete files, these are the steps (if you are the
administrator) :
1. in the main menu go to Edit, Administer Websites
2. select to Users and Roles
3. select the role you want to adjust and click Edit Role Settings
4. select Folder/File Access
5. go to the last setting 'Allow users to delete files they have permission to
edit' and select it.
