Contribute Starter Pages

Hi Guys
I would like to create some starter pages for my clients and have them
download them and incorporate them in their own copy of Contribute - like the
Education Starter Pages can be downloaded from the Macromedia site and
installed in my copy of Contribute. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks
