Contribute toolbar missing from IE and Firefox
When I first installed CS3 a Contribute toolbar was put in Firefox (my
default browser). When I upgraded Firefox, the toolbar went missing.
How can I put the Contriibute toolbar back into Firefox. Also, how can
I have the toolbar also appear in IE. I'm talking about the "Edit in
Contribute" button that appears with the toolbars.
