Default Contribute won't connect with Leopard

I still can;t get my Contribute CS3 to connect to any sites. I installed
Leopard - and the minute I did - Contribute stopped working. I've connected
fine to all the sites with Dreamweaver and transmit. I've tried every
combination in the 'Advanced Connection Settings' - but still get the same
issue. Could it be a Leopard issue? I've OKed Contribute to connect under the
'Security' preferences. And all other programs connect fine.

HELP!

- Greg

In case if you have another machine try connecting to the same site on another
machine with Tiger/Leopard OS and check if the issue persist
OR
Please provide the following details of your site to resolve it :-
? Website URL
? Connection type used to connect to your server (FTP/SFTP/WebDAV)
? The user id and password used to connect to your server.

Creating a test account would be a better option.
You can choose to email it to shilpar@adobe.com your details will be kept
confidential.

Hi,

I can connect to the site fine with Contribute installed on my laptop with
Tiger. The problem is the Contribute-Leopard combination. I'm using FTP to
connect. As I said - I can connect on my Leopard Mac via Dreamweaver and
Transmit. So the server the site is on is fine. I think it's something in
Leopard stopping the connection.

Greg,

I've got Contribute (4.1) installed on my PowerBook (2.33 Core 2 Duo) with
Leopard. It works---but lots of instability and crashes. This version is not
even close to being a release, and should be a beta (particularly on the blog
side).

I'm the same. CS3 on Leopard is a lemon. I have both CS3 and the previous
version 4 installed on my MacBook Pro. I can login using Contribute 4 and make
edits, publish etc.. But when I use CS3 to access the same site I get an error
message with the connection.

The problem is that CS3 did work previously at some stage and I used it to
administer the sites. Now I can't use it to make administration changes, nor
can I use version 4 to make admin changes because it doesn't recognize CS3's
configs.
