Ah. A windows window. Say I have mypage.htm and I want it to be maybe 4" by 4". or 300 pix by 300 pix. or some other measurement.

You mean a browser window.
Forget inches - they mean nothing on pixel based screens.
You can open a window at any size greater than 150x150px (I believe) using
DW's Open Browser Window behavior. Is that what you want?
