Convert PDF to Grayscale
I have a PDF that was exported from Indesign CS2, I need to convert to a grayscale version. I have tried the using the Convert Color Tool, but all it offers for Destination Profiles are versions of CMYK and RGB profiles.
Is there a better way to do this? For that matter, is there a more controllable way to do this?
