convert text to path

Hi I am fowarding a logo in eps format to a client but they don't have some of the fonts, can I convert the text to a path or break it apart somehow?

Nicola,

Have you ticked the option Include Document Fonts?

You may use Text>Create outlines to change it into graphics.

Or Select text, then hit Crtl-Shft-O to do the same.
