Convert to smooth shades causes distiller A6 to crash?
I am trying to convert a ps. file to pdf but if I enable convert to smooth shades in advanced A6.0.2 distiller crashes, leave it unchecked and it is fine. It also works on A5 with no problem, anyone know about converrt to smooth shades being an issue in A6. Thanks

Hi Dayle,
Have you tried different combinations from the canned job options as
well? I for one was not aware of this issue since my published options
have this option selected ....
It's either a bad combination you have come across (maybe a quirky one)
or maybe something in the .ps file - PS version, encoding??
