What is the best, and most accurate, method for converting cmyk colors to rgb? The color breakdowns vary from application to application. Is there any fool-proof formula?

depends,do you want to matcha paricular print process? If pantone,then goto swop v2 cmyk conversion...they all have theyre paricular uses
