    Default copy file

    Hello all

I like to move a uploaded file but I get the warning I do not have the right
    priviliges
I tried to change this with the ftp_site function but it tells me the
    directory doesnot exist
but when I test with the is_dir function it returns 1?

Being new to this all I 'm sure I overlooked something.
    Waht do I do wrong

The UNIX server is running PHP 4.3 and APACHE

    thanks in advance
    Rob
