Copy paste between PDF no longer hold coordinates
Does anyone know if there is a way to get 6 or 7 to behave like 5 when pasting into another document?
In Acrobat 5, when you copied an element from one PDF and then pasted into another PDF, the file was placed at the same coordinates as the copied element. This has been an extremely useful tool for us.
In Acrobat 6 & 7, when you paste the element, it appears fairly randomly on the page. Most often it appears to land near the center of the page. If both pages are at the same zoom, it will sometimes come close to the right spot, but not exactly.
I looked at everything Pitstop could do, and never found a way.
We would love this to become a 'tool' for every application - a 'paste in same position' function.
