Default Could not remove files FlashUtil9c.exe and Flash9c.ocx

    Hello everybody!

I have a problem. I found that NTFS permissions don't allow me to remove files
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9c.exe and
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Macromed\Flash\Flash9c.ocx while I still having
administrator status under my WinXP SP2 Prof. Of course, I was frighten and
though that it is a virus. I removed these files manually and found, that my
Flash Player doesn't work. I downloaded it again and installed. Now I see that
these files are again at their place and have the same permissions. Is it a
virus or just a bug? Or is it so necessary for Flash Player to keep these files
    locked?

Please, don't answer so that is a special uninstall util for FP - I know that.
    Isn't it a virus, that's a question.
