countdown clock

Hello,

some one there please help me to create a countdown clock in flash.

what i actually want is,

the display should be like - 9 days, 7 hours, 55 : 21 minutes

irrespective of the year,this should countdown from 4th of July, .ie., even if
it is 2004 or 2005 or whatever year it maybe it should display exactly how many
days,hours, minutes and seconds left for 4th of July.

i think you got my point.

your help will be a great relief.
