country menu

Hi

Does anyone know how I can get hold of a country menu (i.e. window with all countries in it) for completing a form? If not, what would be the best way to create one?

If you are using a database then this can be fun

you can update it every few months.

i have used it with an access database no problem.
import it into access or mySql
