Coursebuilder Assessment from LearningSpace to LMS
We have developed online course materials over the last 3 years using
Dreamweaver and Flash., using Coursebuilder to build our assessments. We have
been using the LearningSpace platform to display our courses. We are currently
going through a testing period with the IBM LMS and we are having difficulty
getting it to score assessments correctly. My question is, are the
Coursebuilder interactions that are being sent over AICC or SCORM compliant
pages? Should our Coursebuilder assessments work within the LMS? If so, can
someone tell me what we need to do to get them to track correctly? :confused;

Re: Coursebuilder Assessment from LearningSpace to LMS
It's been a while since I looked at Coursebuilder but as I recall, the
CourseBuilder interactions submit info in the AICC format via the HACP
protocol. Info that is returned from the LMS is sent to a size zero frame at
the bottom - be sure you're using the correct frameset and that the LMS is
launching the frameset page and just the course content page.
You may still be able to apply some info from this technote to working with
LearningSpace:

Hope this helps,
