CourseBuilder for Dreamweaver 8

Does anyone know if there is a newer version of Coursebuilder for Dreamweaver8? I haven't seen anything listed on the Adobe site?

It's available at [url]http://www.rapidintake.com[/url]. I don't have the exact URL ..
you have to hunt a little for it under downloads, but it's there and it's
still free.

:confused;

I've successfully downloaded the CourseBuilder extension into Dreamweaver 8,
but when I click on any of its options in the drop down menus, none of the
dialog boxes appear. For example, when I click CourseBuilder Help nothing
happens. Am I supposed to activate CourseBuilder somehow? I really don't know
what to do at this point.
