Continuing still more with the issue:

By installing DWMX 2004 in my USER applications folder instead of the main
applications folder, then installing coursebuilder into that installation, I
was able to get it working.

Then about 2 weeks later, it suddenly stopped working. I'm deinstalling and
reinstalling in an attempt to get this going again.

Has anyone else had these kinds of problems with CB and DWMX2004?
