Coursebuilder Pop-up Messages
How do I change the look of the pop-up feedback messages in Coursebuilder.
Currently they come up as unattractive gray boxes. I would like to change them
to blue or some other color and remove the caution sign.

Re: Coursebuilder Pop-up Messages
Step 1: Create a hidden layer in the page that looks the way you want it to
and that contains the feedback text.
Step 2: In the Action Manager tab in Coursebuilder, cut the Popup Message
line.
Step 3: Still in the Action Manager tab, click the drop-down list that has
"Segment" at the top. Select "Show-Hide Layers" from the list.
Step 4: Click the Add button, and in the dialog box that results, set your
new layer to Show.
Step 5: Test.

Re: Coursebuilder Pop-up Messages
I figured out how to insert an image in a layer instead of the default pop-up
message using show hide layers if correct and if incorrect, but now I can't get
them to hid if the user clicks another cloice, even the reset button doesn't
take them away.
Can anyone help?

Re: Coursebuilder Pop-up Messages
This feedback in a layer works fine in IE, but have you tried it with FireFox?
Unfortunately, the response layer redraws the entire frame. This layer
behavior doesn't seem to happen outside of interactions. Any ideas about why
this problem occurs only in Firefox?

The answer to this question was already on this forum. It involves changing one of the scripts. The information is at http://www.rapidintake.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=30.
