cout/printf in nohup.out
Is there any possibility that the output given by either of cout/printf
will not be available in nohup.out when I ran like this
$ nohup executable &

Answer for your question is explicitly contained in nohup(1) man page,
at least in FreeBSD, and in POSIX/SUS description. Read it.
