Crash dialog bug report address? - Mac Programming

I am running 10.3.3 from developers seed. When a program crashes, a dialog comes up saying so, and asking if I want to send a bug report to Apple. I want bug reports for *my* program to send bug reports to *me*, not Apple! :) Is there a way to specify the address for bug reports to go to (An entry in Info.plist for example)? Or is this bug report thing a special seed feature? thanks reed...

Default Trouble checking for busy files

    Hi,

I have an app which from time to time polls the contents of a folder.

The folder is typically populated through ftp (but it could be through a
shared folder on the LAN), so I need to wait for files to be completely
    uploaded/copied before handling them.

I thought I could do that using PBHOpenDenySync, but I get a -50 (paramErr)
    whenever I call this routine.

Then I thought I could try to open the file in fsRdWrPerm, but this is
always successfull, even when the file is indeed being created by the ftp
    app.

Anyone knows a reliable strategy through Carbon, Cocoa or Darwin to check
    for a busy file ?

The "bug report thing" is in all 10.3.x releases, and I'm not sure of a
    way to redirect it.

If press the 'yes' button, on the first dialog, you get a second dialog
box with a 'send' button, and most important, a scrollable list of info.
Select that whole list and copy and paste into a text file. You'll get a
stack trace with symbols, both yours and the OS, that will gelp you
diagnose the bug. Not as good as getting e-mail, but much better than
    nothing.

I submitted a bug asking that the developer be able to specify an
address and it got closed as duplicate, so it's obviously a requested
feature. Maybe we'll see it soon.
