Crash, temp file?
Hello, I just had a crash and I want to get the file back. Some programs keep a temp file or something. Does AI do this? IF so, where can I find it?
Basically I lost a file because of a crash, and I lost the latest version. Would tehre be an adobe backup anywhere?
Thanks

I figured as much, but I had to ask. At least that way I can put my mind at easy of how I need to proceed instead of wish for some magical cure.
Thanks

Re: Crash, temp file?
Malameel,
You'll find your temp files (in XP/Win2000) in C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Temp. Check there.
