create a graphic that looks like a page - Macromedia Fireworks

Refering to the 8-1/2 x 11 look this page I'm typing on presents (with the rounded corners), how is it created? I haven't gotten to layers yet, but assume it is a graphic on a layer. If so, what's the best way to decide on the dimensions. I would appreciate any other crumbs of info. Yes, I'm a novice.......

If you are logged into the forum and scroll to the top, you can see the navbar and the beginning of the page I am referring to. As I type, to the left and right I can see the grey background and a white page I am typing on. In other words, as I type the reply I am looking at the page.

Please try to keep in mind that most of us don't use the mirror site that is
web based. It is a very poor substitute for the real thing. Most of us are on
the newsgroup. The web forum is just a mirror of the newsgroup which takes
    sometimes DAYS to update.

As far as the table, I'm assuming you just want a table that looks like it has
rounded corners? If so, here is a tutorial that will show you how to do this:

That doesn't sound right. :) Just to clarify, the WEB-based forum sometimes
takes days to update. Most of the time it's several hours at least. The
    newsgroup updates instantaneously.
