Create an interactive PDF form on a Macintosh?
I want to create an interactive pdf form. I use a Macintosh. What applications do I need to create a pdf form so on-line clients can fill in the blanks, save, and then email it back to me. I would also like to be able to take the returned data and transfer it into a data base. Thanks for your help/suggestions!

Re: Create an interactive PDF form on a Macintosh?
It's not only about what YOU need but more about what the clients need.
You can create forms using Acrobat P{rofessional easy enough but they won't be able to save the information once filled in using the free Reader.
There's more info in the FAQ's if you need it. It's a rather popular topic here.
