create preview
Whatever happened to the "create preview" option in the Open dialog? It seems like it was such a useful feature that I'm suspicious that it's really there some where and I must be missing something. Did Adobe just decide that all that functionality was taken over by the File Browser? Or is it still available somehow and I just haven't figured out how to get it back?

Re: create preview
That was an OS thing. We had to change open dialog APIs in moving to OS X, and the new APIs don't offer that button.
