create the white page I am looking at in the forum. - Macromedia Fireworks

As I type, it appears that I am typing on a white sheet of paper. Scrolling to the top of the page I can see the Macromedia navbar and the top of the page which has rounded corners. How do I create the page? I assume it is a graphic on a layer. Curtis...

    Default create the white page I am looking at in the forum.

    As I type, it appears that I am typing on a white sheet of paper. Scrolling to the top of the page I can see the Macromedia navbar and the top of the page which has rounded corners.
    How do I create the page? I assume it is a graphic on a layer.
