Short of building up your cube from 6 separate models...
Using the #detailed option will return amoung other things, the #faceID
a little trace should discover the ID of the face you want (hopefully it
is a repeatable value)
Hi, I have a shockwave 3d world created from a panorama with 6 faces and the camera position set in the middle of the cube. I want to be able to create an invisible area on one of the faces that when clicked moves the playhead. Does anyone know how this can be done? Ive tried using models under loc but there are no models in the world to link? Do I need to create one and how is this done? Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated Cheers...

Thank you very much for this. Have had trouble finding anyone who was willing
to help me. I will explore this and hopefully get a result. I have quicktime vr
and was working well until quicktime 7. Now struggling with shockwave instead.
My sincere thanks.
