Creating Data Source
We have installed ColdFusion MX 7 on a new Windows 2003 server. When I try to
create a data source in the admin I get the following error message when I
browse the server for the access database file:
"Server Error
IO error on server communication"
This shows up inside of the "Select File on Server" selection field.
Has anyone else received this error?

There are two main causes of this issue; RDS being disabled, and a lack of JRE. I think the missing JRE will be your issue.
