    Default Creating Image Foggy effects.

    Hi,

    I have seen some foggy effects in around the images, and can some one help
    me to hoe to do such effects.

    Not sure what you mean here.... if you mean like this -
    [url]http://www.richiebee.ca/public/fog1.jpg[/url] then copy your photo, apply a
    gaussian blur (standard 4.1 should do it) to the top one and reduce opacity
    to about 65%... until you get the result you're looking for.

    If you were thinking more along the lines of this -
    [url]http://www.richiebee.ca/public/fog2.jpg[/url] then you can achieve it using a mask
    with a gradient fill (this page might help if you're stuck here -
    [url]http://www.macromedia.com/devnet/mx/studio/articles/fwmx_masking02.html[/url] ) or
    by using the marquee tool with a high feathered setting to copy, then paste,
    then delete the original. Masking is the least destructive... marquee is
    (IMO) the easiest.

    Yeah, thats the original Big Night Out... we were a great band playing funk
    in Bristol, England... gigged with most of those guys for 10 years. I've
    been in Canada for 4 years now, and I've only just found a replacement.

    Default need help on jpeg edges

    OK I imported an image on another image, and I want the imported image to blend in with the background. Like, I dont want the square image, I want the edges to blend in, so It doesent look like a small image, and it just looks faded into the background. I hope you know what im trying to say. Please help. thanks

    Try using the smudge or blur tool located on the tools menu
