    I think if you go to css styles -embedded styles -a:active
    there change color to #FFFFFF;

    This changed all the links to #FFFFFF... I want the links in the text to be #666666...

    Goodness. That page is trouble.

    It throws two javascript errors when it loads -

    Error: return not in function
    Source File: http://topecreative.com/CCDC/
    Line: 70, Column: 35
    Source Code:
    if (window.mm_menu_0227183513_0) return;

    and -

    Error: mmLoadMenus is not defined
    Source File: http://topecreative.com/CCDC/
    Line: 175

    I'm not sure why, but definitely it's related to your use of the pop-up
    menus. Please read this about those menus -

    http://www.losingfight.com/blog/2006/08/11/the-sordid-tale-of-mm_menufw_menujs/

    Your link colors are determined by this CSS -

    a:link {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #666666;
    }
    a:visited {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #666666;
    }
    a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    color: #333333;
    }
    a:active {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #666666;
    }

    If you want them to be different colors than specified there, you'll have to
    change that CSS. Please re-read the PVII tutorial, and I strongly urge you
    NOT to use those pop-up menus. There are much more suitable ways -

    Check the uberlink and MacFly tutorials at PVII -
    http://www.projectseven.com/

    and the Navbar tutorial/articles at Thierry's place
    http://tjkdesign.com/articles/dropdown/

    Or this one (more recent article):

    Or to get it done fast, go here -
