Default Creating *.PDF from GREEK pages

I'm using Acrobat 6.0 and I've been trying to create a *.PDF file from GREEK web pages or files, eg <http://www.eof.gr/E_S_2004/list_es.htm>

However, the created *.PDF does not display greek characters, but instead shows mumbojumbo characters, eg Kολλοειδείς ενώσεις βισμουθίου/αργιλίου

Any suggestions on how i could tackle this problem ?

    Thank you in advance.

Make sure you don't use File > Open Web Page or open the *.HTML file.
Print to PDF from your browser.

Printing to the browser worked , like you suggested.

However what happens if i want to create a PDF from a web site ?
For example in the url I typed above, i want a depth of 2 links scanned and included in the PDF.

That option is available in the "create from web page" menu, but as i described before, Acrobat wont read the greek characters.

    Any solutions ?

In this case you have to work within the limitations of Acrobat's "Web
Capture". You can choose a default encoding for web pages, but this
only includes Western European, Unicode, and far-eastern languages, so
    far as I can see.
