Creating PDF from Publisher
Can I use Acrobat 6.0 Standard to create a PDF from a Publisher document? I am working on Windows 2000 Platform. I have successfully created PDFs from Word and Excel. When I open Publisher the Acrobat icons do not show up in the top left portion of the screen as they do in Word and Excel.

Re: Creating PDF from Publisher
There's no PDFMaker Macro for Publisher, but make your Adobe PDF printer the default printer for the publisher document your about to convert to PDF. Check that the layout is just exactly how you want it. This is to make sure that the PDF will turn out just as you want it becuse some MS Documents reflow and repaginate when the printer is changed.
Now select the Job Options you want in the Adobe PDF printer options through publisher and print your publisher document to the Adobe PDF printer to get your PDF.
Cheers
