Creating PHP Server Behaviours
I am trying to create a PHP Server Behaviour for a feedback form. I can enter
in some code, insert parameters, and have Dreamweaver prompt for the
parameters, but they just ask for text. I would like them to be drop-downs
with form element names, so I can link my feedback function to form elements
easily.
Does anyone know where I could find an example like this? Thanks!

MX 2004" (if you've got the book, it's pages 377-381).
The simple answer is that the dialog box is designed using the settings
in the Server Behavior Builder, and in the Generate Behavior Dialog Box
that appears when you click Next. The second dialog box allows you to
select the way each parameter is displayed. Click to the side of the
default value in Display As, and choose from one of the options in the
drop-down list.
