Creating Promotional CD Movies - Advice

I'm currently involved in creating about a 1 minute Promotional Movie for my
Business. I'd like to be able to put the movie on a CD for mass distribution,
autoplay when loaded and not have to have the client install anything to see
the movie (Like the Flash Viewer or any special codecs). Is this possible to do
and if not, is there a way to have the movie auto-install the flash viewer
without having to make the client download and install from the internet? I'm
looking for a minimal client interaction solution with a 95% chance that the
movie can be viewed on all of the clients machines we distribute to.

One Idea I had was to write an executable through Visual Basic to autolaunch
the movie and to embed the movie using active-x.

I'd love to hear some thoughts or suggestions on this one. Thanks in advance -

Just create a projector from flash and set that in the autorun.inf (windows)
and you're all set. Never have to install anything and it will play. Use
FScommand to get fullscreen and the such. Very easy to do, used this with many
clients.

I was wondering if you could elaborate on the autorun.inf procedure a little. I have never done this before. I have successfully created my .exe projector file .. now what?
