Creating tables and merging them for multiple data - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

Hi everyone, please i need your help in providing a quick and detailed code on how to create table using sql language. i also need to know how to create tables with multiple collumns and rows for nearly 40,000 date sets in each table. i also need to know how to extract information from these tables into Access, in addition, i need your help in knowing how to extract information from notepad or word into access. your help and assistance will be gratefully appreciated....

    Here's an example:
    CREATE TABLE Sometable (colx INTEGER PRIMARY KEY)

    What do you mean by "40,000 date sets"? Do you mean you have thousands of
    source files or thousands of rows? If you have this many source files then
    you should probably consider a dedicated ETL tool to help you automate the
    process of validating and converting the data.

    For exporting from SQLServer to Access you can use SQLServer DTS.
    > knowing how to extract information from notepad or word

    Is the data in some sort of tabular or delimited text format? If so, use DTS
    or the Access Import Text Wizard.
