    How do i convert a Jpeg into the vector looking shapes?
    Ive seen tutorials but i can't find them anywhere

    You place the jpeg in a template layer, trace it with the Pencil and/or Pen tools to create the paths (I recommend using bunches of layers to keep the paths sorted out and stacked in the right order). Then fine-tune the paths with the different pen, pencil, and selection tools available. Works like a champ, but no one said it would be easy. As of CS, Autotrace is still wishful thinking.

    if you have a fool for a boss...who spends money hand over fist...you might
    have CorelDraw...which comes with Corel trace...it does magical things

    But if you just want "Vector looking" there are some easier options.
