    Default Crop interface

OK, I've been dealing with this annoyance long enough. What stupid thing am I doing that's making this interface so indecipherable?

When I use the crop tool in Acrobat to crop my document, I can't find any way to actually set the end page size which I want. Let's say I receive documents from our company's online system which for whatever reason open up at an odd page size like 7.261 x 10.166. I need to crop it to 2 x 3.5. The interface only allows me to type in numbers that tell Acrobat how much to take off from each side of the page. Makes sense in one way, but trying to figure out the math to get this to come out to my end page size gets cumbersome. And there isn't a live interface in the dialog that even tells me what my end size will be. I need to type in my numbers, click return, then check the document size to see if I got it right.

For heaven's sake, they couldn't come up with a more intuitive system? The page is always centered in Acrobat. If I simply take my odd page size and crop it 2 x 3.5 it would come out right every time. Why on earth do I need to instead figure out how much to remove from each side?

Am I missing something? Is there a way to simply type in my end page size and crop with that info?
