Crop Marks in Freehand MX ???
First off....major thanks to Den-Chan for his tidbit of advice yesterday...worked perfectly!!!
Anyhow...any way to get FreeHand MX to place crop marks at the edges of your image area/document??
What I've been doing is putting hairline rules outside the document area and assigning a bleed so they'll show on paper or on a PDF. Kind of a pain in the butt.
Any help in this minor issue is greatly appreciated.
Happy holidays!

Re: Crop Marks in Freehand MX ???
If you're outputting to a PostScript printer or to a PS file for distilling
to PDF, the option to include crop marks (as well as registration marks and
other pre-press stuff) is available in the print dialogue under the "Setup"
button. Non-PS printer drivers don't have these options AFAIK.

Re: Crop Marks in Freehand MX ???
Boris Jerenec has written a very useful Xtra that creates cropmarks. Find it
here:

Re: Crop Marks in Freehand MX ???
Judy,
I have that extra and it's great for adding crop marks to items *on* your FH
page. I think the poster was specifically asking about having crops
automatically added to the corners of a page on output. Of course, if you
don't use a PS printer, the tool would speed up the process of adding crops
in a FH bleed area
