    Default Cropping!!!!

    Okay, What tool do I use to crop the picture, so that I can get what I want. I have looked everywhere, and what are the procedures for making the crop?

    Ryan,

    If you wish to crop a raster image, then do it in PhotoShop. If you wish to apply a transparent mask to the raster image in Illustrator, then overlay the shape you wish in the area you wish (rectangle tool will do), then multi-select both with that path over the raster and Object, Clipping Path, Make.
