Re: Cropping images in PS7
I have scanned in a photograph and saved it as a .PSD file. I would like to cut out a part of the photo and shape it in an circular pattern and then soften the edges. It is a memorial for someone who passed away and I would like to make it look special. Any ideas out there???? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Cropping images in PS7
1) Make a circular selection *with feathered edges set*
2) Image->Crop.
3) Select->Inverse
4) delete
5) deselect
play with the number of pixels for the feathering to get the deisired softness on the edge of the circle. Greater pixel feathering = wider, softer edge.
