Cropping scanned photos saved at PSD
I have scanned in a photograph and saved it as a .PSD file. I would like to cut out a part of the photo and shape it in an circular pattern and then soften the edges. It is a memorial for someone who passed away and I would like to make it look special. Any ideas out there???? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
