cross browser scrolling window
hi all, am looking to create a cross browser scrolling window.
where there is content in a div or prefferably an iframe that scrolls up and
down, but i use my own icons rather than the generic scrollbars on the browser.
i know this is easy in flash, is there a cross browser friendly way to do this
in html/javascript/dhtml with dreamweaver?
any examples/code appreciated....

Re: cross browser scrolling window
Not really. Scrolling, sure, but you can't replace your scrollbars with
anything. Any widget which lets you put whatever you want in there for a
scrollbar won't use the built-in scrolling and has to use funky javascript
that is not going to be reliable cross platform.
