Cross Reference in InDesign - Adobe Indesign Windows

Hi, I'm struggling to find the answer to how you reference sections of the doent. I've set it up to auto paginate. I have a number of chapters with subsections and want to refer to a section which appears later in the doent, by it's title and page number. So, if in Chapter 1 section 2 I refer to a section 3 chapter 6 as Please see "Understanding digital images, on page 36 for information", I want the page number in this reference to automatically update if pages are inserted. Can you help? I am using InDesign CS version (3.0). ...

This feature is not in InDesign CS.

There are some third-party plugins of interest. Look at this web page:

InDesign can't do cross-references like this, not even CS, without a
    third-party plugin (expensive).
