crypt_gensalt in S9 12/02 onwards

Bug; perhaps the patch forgot to include <crypt.h>?
It seems so; I've filed 4882937 to get it added.

The new version of crypt.h is included in Solaris 9/Intel FCS.

Great - thanks. It's also not in 4/03, nor the beta for
the one after that.

Great - thanks. It's also not in 4/03, nor the beta for
